Chris Winston

Chris Winston moved to the Bay Area with his family in 2006, living in Concord and Walnut Creek.  Having spent 25 years in the corporate world he decided to make a career change and move into the world or real estate.  He has personally bought or sold 10 homes in his lifetime as his family moved around, so a professional move to real estate was a natural fit.  Prior to making this transition, he negotiated contracts in the business world exceeding $500 million in value, including the largest in Clorox’s history back in 2010.  Needless to say, Chris has the negotiation experience to maximize the value for his clients on either the buy or sell side.
